TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TO HIRE THE STAGE YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. A booking fee of £500.00 is to be paid within 7 days of making the booking to secure the date required. All remaining fees should be paid 14 days before the booking date.
  2. It is the responsibility of the hirer to insure the stage against loss or damage whilst on hire for the sum of £50000.00. Any damage, breakages or loss of equipment or stage will be expected to be paid in full.
  3. No fire or smoking around stage.
  4. All electrical equipment used on the stage is to be PAT tested
  5. All lighting must be fixed to roofing truss by 1/2 coupler clamps only to avoid damaging the roof. All load calculations should be adhered to.
  6. Hirer must adhere to weather conditions and in particular must monitor the wind. When wind speed reaches 38mph then the stage should be cleared and if necessary the sides and back removed.
  7. Any tape or cable ties must removed after use. Failure to do so will result in a £50.00 charge.
  8. Any spillages from drinks, chewing gum and mud on the stage must be cleaned up using warm water only. If the stage is left in a dirty state after the hire there will be a cleaning charge of £100.00.
  9. Suitable Fire extinguishers must placed around the stage in case of fire.
  10. No other structures to be attached to the stage structure.
